- Clean back: we pressure wash the roof to strip dirt, chalk, moss and loose material so coatings can grip
- Treat problem areas: we sort surface rust, reseal where needed and prime bare and treated spots
- Prime and coat: we apply a suitable primer, then quality roof coatings built up in even coats
- Heat-reflective options: we can use heat-reflective or membrane coatings that help with the Queensland heat and add durability
